About the laboratory

A private lab with a reception desk, a draw room, and results by SMS.

Yarkon Lab Ltd (Co. 515884210, VAT 515884210) works from 14 Rokach Blvd, on the park side of the boulevard. We are a walk-in and booked-appointment laboratory, not a hospital ward.

Dr. Maya Har-Even is the lab director. She signs reports and sets which panels we run in-house: CBC, chemistry, lipids, HbA1c, thyroid (TSH/FT4), urine, and COVID PCR or antigen. Work that we do not process on site is sent the same morning to a partner lab; reception will tell you the extra day if that applies.

Eli Dahan leads phlebotomy. House-call draws for homebound patients are booked by phone and billed from ₪180 on top of the tests. Kupat Holim referrals are accepted where the fund allows; otherwise you pay at reception and we give a tax invoice.

Hours: Sunday–Thursday 07:30–16:00, Friday 07:30–12:00, closed Saturday. Park in the Rokach public lot, not on our slab. Results go out by SMS and email. If you need a printed copy, ask at the desk or call +972 3 544 2180.
